PACIFIC POST AGENT/BROKER AGREEMENT

PACIFIC POST AND AGENT/BROKER AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Post services are a rental relationship with Agent/Broker.  Agent/Broker bears full responsibility for prompt return of posts, riders, and brochure boxes.  Agent/Broker and homeowners are strictly forbidden from moving or removing our installed posts.  When ordering a removal, Agent/Broker is responsible for post being accessible to our staff for pickup (not locked in garage, storage shed, etc...).  If post is not recovered on first trip, a charge of $10 applies for each additional trip.  If post is not ordered down immediately after closing, and/or post cannot be recovered after a strong effort, a $22 lost post charge may be applied.  Agent/Broker is responsible for all post and brochure boxes belonging to Pacific Post after initial installation.

 

  1. Agent/Broker requested orders are accepted via fax, phone, e-mail, or website.

  2. Special instructions must be provided when order is placed.

  3. Same day service is available in the local service area for an additional $15 charge if order is received by 10AM via fax or website.  Subject to change and we will contact Agent/Broker if service cannot be completed

  4. Agent/Broker must have the owner, tenant, and/or home management approval prior to sign installation.

  5. Agent/Broker accepts full responsibility for any lost or damaged post and/or brochure box after initial install.  (Please refer to price list for charge).

  6. Agent/Broker agrees to assist with the recovery of post and/or brochure box if necessary.

  7. We encourage all Agents/Brokers to provide accurate and legible information when placing an order.

  8. Payment terms are due upon receipt.

  9. Pacific Post will provide next day post installation and removal within local service areas.

  10. Pacific Post is responsible for any damages incurred during the initial sign installation.

  11. Pacific Post accepts responsibility for any Agent/Broker product in our possession (both signs and riders).

  12. Either party may terminate agreement by providing a 30-day notice.  Upon notification Pacific Post will communicate an official date to recover all posts and brochure boxes installed at current listing.  The regular lost post charge is applied to all un-recovered items.
